2. Age Requirements
- You must be at least 13 years old to create an account and use basic features

- You must be at least 18 years old to access, view, or upload content marked as 18+ or adult content

The following types of content are strictly prohibited on RateMyBody and will result in immediate account termination, content removal, and potential legal action:
3.1 Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM)
- Any content depicting minors (individuals under 18 years of age) in a sexual, suggestive, or nude manner is absolutely prohibited
- This includes but is not limited to photographs, videos, drawings, animations, or any other form of media
- Violations will be immediately reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and law enforcement authorities
- Violators will be subject to criminal prosecution under applicable laws
3.2 Illegal Content
- Indecent exposure: Content depicting illegal public exposure or voyeurism without consent
- Non-consensual content: Any images or videos shared without the explicit consent of all individuals depicted
- Revenge porn: Intimate images shared without consent with intent to harm or harass
- Upskirt/downblouse photography: Voyeuristic content taken without knowledge or consent
- Hidden camera footage: Content recorded without the knowledge and consent of those depicted
3.3 Other Prohibited Content
- Violent content: Graphic violence, gore, or content promoting self-harm
- Hate speech: Content promoting hatred, discrimination, or violence against individuals or groups
- Harassment: Content intended to bully, intimidate, or harass others
- Spam: Repetitive, misleading, or commercial content
- Copyright infringement: Content you do not own or have permission to use
- Personal information: Content revealing personal information of others without consent
- Illegal activities: Content depicting or promoting illegal activities
- Impersonation: Content falsely representing another person
4. User Responsibilities

- You may be held criminally and civilly liable for uploading illegal content
- You indemnify and hold harmless RateMyBody from any claims arising from your content
4.3 Monitoring and Records

- The right to cache and store your content on our servers
You retain all ownership rights to your content. This license terminates when you delete your content, subject to reasonable backup and caching periods.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
RateMyBody is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:
- Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
- Warranties that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free
- Warranties regarding the accuracy or reliability of content
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RateMyBody shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
- Loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses
- Damages resulting from user-generated content
- Unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless RateMyBody, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from:
- Your violation of these Terms of Service
- Your violation of any rights of another party
- Your violation of any applicable laws or regulations
- Your uploaded content
13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Finland and the European Union, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Finland, except where EU law provides otherwise for consumer disputes.
