RateMyBody.net is an ADULT website restricted to individuals 18 years of age and older ONLY.

We do not accept, host, or facilitate any content or accounts involving minors (individuals under 18 years of age) under any circumstances, for any reason, without exception.

1. Platform Age Requirement

Absolute 18+ Minimum Age

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account on RateMyBody
You must be at least 18 years old to access, view, or use any feature or content on this platform
You must be at least 18 years old to upload any content whatsoever
No exceptions, no grace periods, no appeals: This is an absolute requirement with zero flexibility
No parental or guardian consent can override this requirement
No educational or research purpose can override this requirement
No legal claim or court order (except law enforcement investigation) can override this requirement
If your jurisdiction sets a higher legal age than 18 for adult content, you must comply with your local law

2. What This Means

Complete Exclusion of Minors

No minor accounts: We do not register, accept, or maintain accounts for individuals under 18
No minor content: We do not host, display, or facilitate any content created by or depicting minors
No minor features: We do not operate any sections, categories, or features designed for minors
No minor data: We do not collect, store, or process personal data from individuals under 18
No minor interactions: We do not facilitate messaging, chat, friendships, or social features between users and minors
No historical exceptions: Prior to August 1, 2026, RateMyBody operated various minor-related programs and systems. All such systems are permanently discontinued. Those policies no longer apply and will never be reintroduced

3. Account Termination for Under-18 Users

Automatic and Permanent Deletion

If we discover that an account belongs to a user under 18 years of age, the account is automatically terminated immediately, without warning or notice:

The account is permanently deleted and cannot be recovered
All content uploaded by the account is permanently deleted
All personal data associated with the account is permanently deleted
The user is permanently banned from the platform
No appeals, no exceptions, no reinstatement ever
If any content from the account is suspected to contain illegal material, it is reported to law enforcement

4. Content Categories — All 18+ Only

All Content Categories Require Users to Be 18+

RateMyBody hosts content in the following categories. Every single category is restricted to 18+ users only. There are no exceptions and no categories for minors:

Clothed (18+): Clothed, swimwear, and non-nude content — for 18+ users only
Lingerie (18+): Lingerie, underwear, and semi-nude content — for 18+ users only
Softcore (18+): Suggestive and implied sexual content — for 18+ users only
Explicit (18+): Full nudity and sexually explicit content — for 18+ users only
Group Content (18+): Multi-person clothed or lingerie content — for 18+ users only
Nude Groups (18+): Multi-person explicit content — for 18+ users only

5. Age Verification and Registration

During registration, you must provide your date of birth. This information is used to:

Verify that you are at least 18 years old
Comply with legal and regulatory requirements
Protect minors by preventing access to our adult platform

Important

Providing false date of birth information is:

A violation of our Terms of Service
Grounds for immediate and permanent account termination
Potentially illegal in your jurisdiction
May result in legal action

6. Zero Tolerance for Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM)

🚨 ABSOLUTE ZERO TOLERANCE

RateMyBody maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy for Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM)
Any content depicting minors in a sexual, exploitative, or abuse context is absolutely prohibited
Any account found to have uploaded CSAM is immediately reported to law enforcement
Evidence is preserved for criminal investigation
Violators are subject to criminal prosecution and will be added to sex offender registries
We report CSAM to:
- National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) - USA
- Finnish law enforcement and KRP (Keskusrikospoliisin)
- Interpol and other international law enforcement agencies

7. Parents, Guardians, and Minors

If You Are a Parent or Guardian

RateMyBody is an adult website and is not appropriate for minors under any circumstances
We strongly recommend that parents use third-party parental control software to block access to adult websites entirely
If you discover your child has an account on RateMyBody, please report it immediately
We will permanently delete the account within 24 hours of receiving your report

If You Are Under 18

You must not attempt to create an account or access this platform
You must not attempt to circumvent age verification systems
You must not share content on this platform
If you are currently using RateMyBody and you are under 18, you must stop immediately and contact us to have your account deleted
If you encounter content on this platform, please talk to a trusted adult (parent, teacher, counselor, or law enforcement)

8. Compliance with Local Laws

RateMyBody is operated under the laws of Finland and complies with international laws and treaties, including:

GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) - EU data protection law
18 U.S.C. §2258 (NCMEC reporting requirements)
18 U.S.C. §2258A (REPORT Act - evidence preservation requirements)
Finnish Criminal Code provisions on child sexual abuse material
The Protocol to Prevent, Suppress and Punish Trafficking in Persons, Especially Women and Children (UN Palermo Protocol)
The Convention on the Rights of the Child (UN CRC)

If your country or jurisdiction sets a higher legal age for adult content than 18 (for example, 21 in certain U.S. states), you are solely responsible for complying with your local law. RateMyBody's 18-year minimum is a platform baseline only and does not override any stricter local requirement.

9. Historical Policy Changes

Discontinuation of All Minor-Related Systems

Before August 1, 2026, RateMyBody operated various systems designed to facilitate minor participation on the platform, including:

A Parental Consent Programme allowing accounts for minors aged 13-17 with parental approval
A "Tier" system defining content restrictions for minor accounts
Minor-specific content categories and upload restrictions
A Grandfathered Accounts Policy protecting certain pre-May-2026 minor accounts
Youth Liaison and Child Safety Officer roles to oversee minor participation
Systems to identify and approve "allowed minor" photos

All of these systems are PERMANENTLY DISCONTINUED effective August 1, 2026. They will never be reintroduced under any circumstances. The policies, documentation, and systems supporting minors are being archived and removed from the platform.

All historical documentation regarding minor accounts has been removed
No new minor accounts will ever be registered
No minor content will ever be hosted or approved
