This form must be completed by a Minor Liaison's parent or legal guardian, and covers the mandatory Tiers 1–3 portion of the Child Safety Officer applicant assessment duty described in full on the Minor Liaison Application page — please read that page in full before completing this form. This is separate from the additional Tier 4 Liaison Assessment Consent form, which only applies if your liaison is 16–17 and is specifically asked to represent Tier 4 — Tier 4 is never covered by this form. Note: only a grandfathered account (created before May 1, 2026) is eligible to hold the Minor Liaison role at all, since new account registration now requires a minimum age of 16 — this form only applies to a liaison whose account already existed before that date. The programme itself has a fixed end date of June 6, 2031, the date our youngest currently-eligible liaison turns 18.

What Tiers 1–3 mean here: during a staged assessment session, your child may be assigned a randomly-shown outfit Tier from 1 to 3, representing looks that range from smart-casual (Tier 1) up to underwear/lingerie/bikini-style outfits (Tier 2–3). From Tier 3 onward, buttocks coverage is not required — thong or G-string-style bottoms are a normal, deliberate, designed part of Tier 3 itself, not an exception or accident. Breasts must still be covered by clothing/fabric at every tier up to and including Tier 3 — breast coverage only becomes optional at Tier 4, which is not covered by this form. Actual uncovered nudity is never shown or permitted at any Tier, under any circumstances. This is not real user content and no actual Child Safety Officer casework is involved — it is a supervised, staged integrity test used to check how an applicant behaves.

The private pre-session Safeguarding Lead outfit-compliance check: before every applicant session, your child's Safeguarding Lead privately checks the assigned outfit for Tier compliance — having your child stand, turn a full circle, and briefly adjust as needed (such as a strap or an outer layer — never the underwear/thong bottom itself, which stays covered at every Tier this form covers, no exceptions), including a closer look at the buttocks area specifically at Tier 3 to confirm nothing beyond what's permitted is actually showing. Yes, this means the Safeguarding Lead does see the outfit/exposure directly during this check, since that's the only way compliance can actually be confirmed — this is done by our staff only, never the applicant, never during the applicant session itself, and is logged in our records so there's accountability for what happened during it. Safeguarding Leads are trained to conduct these checks professionally and have done so many times before — it is a routine, matter-of-fact part of their role. Once that check is approved and the applicant session begins, your child is never required to strike any specific pose, such as arching their back, beyond simply standing or sitting normally in the already-approved outfit — if an applicant asks for a pose like that, or to change or remove anything, it's treated as a boundary failure on the applicant's part, reported to our Safeguarding Leads the same as any other misconduct.

A realistic note on leaks — we cannot guarantee a session won't be recorded. Recording or screenshotting your child is strictly prohibited and results in the applicant's instant disqualification, but we cannot physically stop screen-recording software (which leaves no trace visible to us during a live session) or someone simply pointing a second phone's camera at their own screen. Images and video of minor liaisons showing underwear, lingerie, bikini-style outfits, or buttocks (Tier 3) are unfortunately in real demand among some users, which is exactly why this risk is worth being fully honest about rather than downplaying. If material ever does leak, it is generally traceable: we log which outfit/Tier your child wore in each specific session and which applicant it was paired with, and Tier 3 sessions are specifically flagged in our records. Any such material triggers an automatic report to CSAM authorities (e.g. NCMEC/relevant law enforcement clearinghouses) in addition to the applicant's permanent ban — this applies the same way at every age this role covers, 13 through 17, since anyone under 18 is legally a minor for this purpose regardless of the age of sexual consent. Related evidence and session records are retained for at least one year to support that reporting and any resulting investigation. We cannot undo a leak once it has happened, and no rule or safeguard can make one impossible — only less likely.
